Evolve Homes is a trading name of GC Innovations Limited. Use our project enquiry form to contact our team about your project or your information.
Project enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, property location, project type, indicative build budget, timing, design stage, preferred consultation and message. You may also tell us how you heard about us. We use these to assess and respond to your request and, if you proceed, to manage the related sales and project work.
Enquiries are stored in our customer enquiry system and are available to authorised team members. The form also uses a submission reference and limited technical information to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Client accounts and newsletter choices
Evolve Homes client accounts are provided by invitation from your project team. The account uses your email address for secure sign-in and initially shows only the exploratory client area. Project information appears only after our team explicitly links an agreed project to your account.
Creating an account does not subscribe you to newsletters. Newsletter consent is a separate, optional choice inside your account, is off by default and can be withdrawn there later.
Subcontractor registration
GC Innovations Limited trading as Evolve Homes uses the business, contact, trade, tax-status and insurance information you submit to assess your application, verify compliance, arrange potential engagements and maintain the subcontractor relationship. We record the name of the person accepting our engagement terms, the version accepted and the submission time. Our grounds for processing include steps requested before contracting, contractual and legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in safe procurement, fraud prevention and business administration.
Registration records and insurance documents are stored in our Supabase-backed operations system. Optional payment-account details are stored separately and are available only to users with authorised Accounts access. Detailed applications and private documents are available to authorised Operations managers; operational directory users see limited business and compliance information. Hosting and storage providers process data on our behalf. Limited technical information and short-lived hashed rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Registering does not add you to marketing lists.
We retain application information only as necessary for assessment, an ongoing supplier relationship and relevant legal or record-keeping obligations, and review the need for continued retention. Contact sales@evolvehomes.ie to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie. Please provide only relevant insurance evidence and do not upload bank details, PPS numbers or identity documents.
Our service providers
We use website hosting and Supabase-backed project services to deliver the site and process enquiries. These providers process information needed to operate those services.
Cookies and advertising choices
Essential functions and the enquiry form work without advertising cookies. We store your cookie preference for up to six months so that we can honour your choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
If you allow advertising measurement, Google Ads uses advertising cookies and click identifiers to help us understand which ads lead to successful enquiries. The Google tag does not load until you consent. We send a random submission reference to prevent duplicate conversion counts. We do not send your enquiry name, email, phone, address or message to Google, and enhanced conversions are disabled.
Personalised advertising is a separate optional choice. If you allow it, Google may use your visit to include you in an Evolve Homes website-visitor audience and show relevant ads on Google services and partner websites. This option also requires advertising measurement. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from using our services. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy; you can also manage ad personalisation in Google My Ad Center. Google may process information outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data-protection safeguards.
Advertising cookies such as _gcl_aw can retain click information for up to 90 days. Withdrawing measurement consent stops further conversion events and clears Google advertising cookies accessible to this site. Our initial website-visitor audience, when enabled, uses a 30-day membership period.
The enquiry form also offers a separate optional measurement box: this lets us save ordinary campaign labels, the page path and the referring hostname with your enquiry in our customer enquiry system. That box does not grant Google advertising consent. We do not send advertising click identifiers or the contents of your enquiry to our marketing audiences.
Your information and choices
Please provide only information relevant to your project and do not include sensitive personal documents in your initial message. Contact us if your details need to be corrected, if you no longer wish to proceed, or if you want to request access to or deletion of your enquiry information. We retain information as needed to respond to enquiries and manage customer relationships and related record-keeping obligations.
